Resolution Appointing a
Personnel Director.
[
WHEREAS, Section 7.01 (A) states that Council by ordinance or
resolution, shall provide that the City Manager or his or her
appointee is to be the Personnel Director and;
WHEREAS, with the resignation of Mr. John Strutner, the posi-
tion ts currently vacant:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
,
SECTION 1. That the Manager, Sherman Sheldon is hereby ap-
pointed as Personnel Director to serve until Village Council
provides for another appointee.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution be, and hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety
and welfare and for the further reason that the position is cur
rently vacant. Therefore this Resolution shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
