A RESOLUTION REPEALING SECTION 1103.03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, ~ members concurring, that: I

Secti on 1. Section 1103.03 of the Codified Ordinances, "Areas I
Subject to Flooding", be and the same hereby is repealed as superfluous and
no 1 onger necessary. I
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period permitted by law.
