BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
" of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Easement attached hereto for Right-of-Way be, and hereb
is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.

DEED OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
Abe F. Maxwell and Elladene J. Maxwell,
hereinafter called "Grantor", for and in consideration of
,- One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
f paid by the Village of Dublin, Ohio, a municipal corporation, the
'-' Grantee herein, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants
with general warranty covenants to Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, a permanent easement in, through, over, and under the following
described real estate for highway and roadway purposes.
Said real estate is situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin,
and in the Township of Perry, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Being a strip of land 40' by 150' off the south portion of the
tract described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, to be used for
highway and roadway purposes, and as shown on Exhibit "B", attached.
Prior Instrument Reference: Vol. Page , of the Deed Records
of Franklin County, Ohio.
~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors, Abe F. Maxwell and
, Elladene J. Maxwell, who hereby release their right of dower,
