(J A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE VACATION OF TWO FEET (2')
OF AN EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, b of
the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. Whereas, a request has been made to vacate a portion of an exist-
ing Easement to release the encroachment of a building line and, to release
the encumberance on an existing title, Council does hereby approve the vaca-
tion. (See Exhibit "A", attached)
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

strip of land, two feet in width, said two foot wide strip being i

plat of Waterford Village Phase 5, the subdivision plat of same
being shown of record in Plat Book 52, Page 79, Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio, said two foot wide strip of land being

Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly line

Dear Council Members:
This is a request by myself and the present home owner for
the vacation of a two feet strip of land located within a ten feet
easement contained on Lot 19 of phase five of Waterford Village.
This request is necessary in order to unencumber the existing
title to the property. The encumberance is due to the construction
of the present home within the easement.
The original plat did not indicate this was a ten feet easement
or that it was anything other than a five feet easement; therefore
the surveyor located the home on the lot incorrectly.
Enclosed please find a complete legal description of that
portion of the easement which we are requesting to be vacated.
