A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED CLEARING TITLE TO CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

--- ~ WHEREAS, a certain dispute exists concerning property located at

i 38 South High Street within the Village of Dublin and its' encroachment
i

upon an existing public alley, and
I WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin is willing to clarify the
I dispute at no cost to the taxpayers of the Village.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,

I Ohio, S- members concurring, that:

, The Village Manager be and is authorized to execute
, Section 1.
, and deliver the Quit Claim deed attached hereto as Exhibit A conveying
i
six (6) inches of property as so described therein upon receipt by said
,
i Manager of all costs of the Village incurred herein.

""...., I Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency
!
...... measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety,
and welfare and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
