...... BE IT B.BSOL VED by the Council of the VILLAGE of
DUBLIN State of Ohio:
SBCTION 1. That the MANAGER of the VILLAGE of
DUBLIN Ohio, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract on
behalf of said VILLAGE with Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company,
an Ohio Corporation, for lighting the streets, alleys, lanes and public places in said
VILLAGE at the rates and upon the terms and conditions specified in the form of
the attached contract.
SECTION a. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts thereof, that are inconsis-
tent or in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, insofar as they
are inconsistent herewith.
. SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
