A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR
I:J A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 1983 BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the 21st day of June, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. in the Dublin
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the Proposed Tax Budget,
including the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds, for Fiscal Year
1983.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and hereby is, directed to give
Notice of said hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village
of Dublin at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing in
accordance with Section 5705.30 of the Ohio Revised Code and, at least two (2)
copies of said Budget shall be on file for public inspection not less than
ten (10) days prior to said hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
necessary to conform to dates prescribed in the Ohio Revised Code for the
Budget process.
