A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO
CONTINUE TO PERMIT THE
DUBLIN COUNSELING CENTER
TO USE THE BUILDING AT
5614 POST ROAD
WHEREAS, the North Area Mental Health and Retardation Services, Inc.
currently uses the building located at 5614 Post Road under the name
Dublin Counseling Center; and
WHEREAS, such use was originally granted by City Council by Resolution
No. 15-80, passed on June 16, 1980; and
WHEREAS, it is City Council's intent to continue to support this valuable
and needed service to the citizens of Dublin on an interim basis until
a permanent facility can be located.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the Dublin Counseling Center may continue to use the
5614 Post Road location through December 31, 1990, provided, however,
that the City may cancel such use at anytime for any reason by giving
60 days written notice thereof.
Section 2. That such use of said location shall continue to be rent
free; however, the Dublin Counseling Center shall continue to assume
payment for all utility costs.
Section 3. That prior to making any change to the exterior structure
or to interior configuration of the building, such changes shall continue
to be cleared and approved by the City Manager.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
