A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN
EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE POST
ROAD COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT
AREA WITHIN THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code empowers municipal corporations to
designate areas as community reinvestment areas; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of Dublin to
designate an area known as the Post Road Community Reinvestment Area
as established in Resolution No. 09-87.
WHEREAS, State Law requires that the reinvestment area shall exist for
a time period designated by the municipality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of its elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council hereby declares that the Post Road Community Reinvest-
ment Area established in Resolution No. 09-87 shall terminate on July 1,
1992.
Section 2. The City Manager or designee is hereby designated to serve
as the "Housing Officer" as required by law.
Section 3. This Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety, and therefore shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
