A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO CONTINUE
TO PERMIT THE DUBLIN COUNSELING
CENTER TO USE 5614 POST ROAD
WHEREAS, the North Area Mental Health and Retardation Services, Inc.
currently uses the building located at 5614 Post Road under the name
Dublin Counseling Center; and
WHEREAS, such use was originally granted by City Council by Resolution No.
15-80, passed on June 16, 1980; and
WHEREAS, it is City Council's intent to continue to support this valuable
and needed service to the citizens of Dublin on an interim basis until a
permanent facility can be located.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the Dublin Counseling Center may continue to use the 5614
Post Road location through June 30, 1990.
Section 2. That such use of said location shall continue to be rent free,
however, the Dublin Counseling Center shall continue to assume payment
for all utility costs.
Section 3. That prior to making any change to the exterior structure or to
interior configuration of the building, such changes shall continue to be
cleared and approved by the City Manager.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

TO SET FORTH A STATEMENT OF MUNICIPAL
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED TO THE AREA IN
A LOT AT 10575 DUBLIN ROAD FROM CONCORD
TOWNSHIO - DELAWARE COUNTY TO THE CITY
OF DUBLIN, OHIO AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
709.031 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE
WHEREAS, a petition for the annexation of a lot at 10575 Dublin Road was
duly filed by the petitioners, Stephen A. and Dorothy W. Ottery; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing will be required before the Delaware County
Commissioners;and
WHEREAS, Section 709.031 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that, prior to
said hearing, the Municipal Authority shall adopt a statement indicating
what services, if any, the Municipal Corporation will provide to the
territory proposed for annexation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The City of Dublin will provide the following municipal services
for the lot at 10575 Dublin Road in Concord Township - Delaware County upon
the annexation of said area to the City of Dublin, Ohio:
J1 ') Police. The City provides police and communications service on a twenty-four
~ J,~ hour basis and also has mutual aid agreements with other municipalities.

~ Section 2. The City of Dublin has sewer and water service area contracts
~ ' but this property does not fall within that contract area. However, upon
~ ~ annexation to Dublin, the City of Dublin will petition the City of Columbus

~8 to extend the sewer and water service area. contract to serve the property at
