A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A
PERSON TO FILL THE UN-
EXPIRED TERM OF THOMAS
GRACE AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Thomas H. Grace has resigned from the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that James Manus is a suitable person
to serve the balance of this unexpired term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That James Manus is hereby appointed to serve the unexpired
term on the Planning and Zoning Commission commencing with the
effective date of this Resolution and ending December 31, 1989 per
Section 7,02 of the Dublin City Charter,
Section 2, That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and for the further reason of establishing a full
Commission, and therefore this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage,
