A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A PERSON
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF
RICHARD CARPENTER AS A MEMBER OF
THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Richard Carpenter has resigned from the Architectural Review
Board; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that Martha Shaffer is a suitable person
to serve the balance of this unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Martha Shaffer is hereby appointed to serve this unexpired
term commencing with the effective date of this Resolution and ending
December 31, 1990 per Section 7.05 of the Dublin City Charter.
Section 2. That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety and for the further reason of establishing a full Board, and
therefore this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
