WHEREAS, the City is preparing to widen and realign Avery Road, and; WHEREAS, said improvements will require the City's obtaining easements and/or fee simple ownership in properties located adjacent to Avery Road, NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of its elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and/or aligning Avery Road, the fee simple interest in the entire parcel, including lands and buildings, located at 6825 Avery Road, in the City of Dublin and which is more completely described in the attached Exhibits, Section 2. Further, Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and/or aligning Avery Road, permanent and construction easements in and through the property located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Post and Avery Road as described in the attached Exhibits, The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this resolution to be given to the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above described property, This notice shall be served according to law, Passed this 27th day of March , 1989. .
