29-90 Resolution RECORD OF RESOLUTIONS Doyton legal Blunk Co :orm No 30045 FlCSU!lif iu /I SO. 29-90 Pussed 19 A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND PERMANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT IN A 14.730 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO THE HOLDING CORPORATION OF OHIO BY DEED OF - RECORD IN THE FRANKLIN COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS NUMBER 14447G15 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to complete the final section of Muirfield Drive; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City's obtaining a temporary drainage easement and a permanent storm sewer easement in and to the premises as described in attached Exhibits HCO-B and HCO-C, Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of extending Muirfield Drive, a temporary drainage easement and permanent storm sewer easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto, as Exhibits HCO-B and HCO-C. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above- described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such necessity is that the completion of the Muirfield Drive extension will serve as one of several major components which will alleviate the serious traffic circulation problem experienced by the City.
