National Graphics Corp., Cols., O. ~~b n~r&~bs Form No. 6233-A Resolution No.u 2~-<)() Passed 19 A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPRO- PRIATE FEE SIMPLE INTEREST, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS, PERMANENT SEWER EASEMENTS AND BIKEWAY EASEMENTS IN A 54.224 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO THE HOLD- ING CORPORATION OF OHIO BY DEED OF RECORD IN THE FRANKLIN COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS NUMBER 14447G19, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to complete the final section of Muirfield Drive; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City's obtaining fee simple ownership, temporary construction easements, permanent sewer easements and permanent bikeway easement in and to the premises as described in attached Exhibits HCO-1, HCO-2, HCO-3, HCO-4, and HCO-S, Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of extending Muirfield Drive, the fee simple interest, temporary construction easements, permanent stormwater easements and permanent bikeway easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto, as Exhibits HCO-1, HCO-2, HCO-3, HCO-4, and HCO-S. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described p,roperty. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such necessity is that the completion of the Muirfield Drive extension will serve as one of several major components which will alleviate the serious traffic circulation problem experienced by the City. Therefore, this Resolution shall go into immediate effect. Passed this 6th day of August , 1990.
