Cline, agent for the petitioners; and WHEREAS, a public hearing will be required before the Franklin County Commissioners; and WHEREAS, Section 709.031 of the Ohio REvised Code requires that, prior to said hearing, the Municipal Authority shall adopt a statement indicating what services, if any, the Municipal Corporation will provide to the territory rpoposed for annexation: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. The City of Dublin will provide the following municipal services for the 733~ acres in Washington Township-Franklin County upon the annexation of said area to the City of Dublin, Ohio: Police. The City provides Police and Communications service on a full twenty-four hour basis and also has mutual aid agreements with other municipalities. The annexation area lies approximately one mile south of Dublin's Police Division Headquarters. Dublin operates with a minimum ~ ~ of three cruisers on duty. A response time of approximately five minutes, -c .E 8 for an emergency situation, should be expected for this area. a;-c ~ .~ Fire. Fire protection is currently provided by well-staffed departments ::- ~~ in Washington and Perry Townships in Franklin County, and Concord Town- ~ .~ ship in Delaware County.
