A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DELAWARE AND FRANKLIN
COUNTY AUDITORS TO ISSUE A WARRANT UPON THE DELAWARE
AND FRANKLIN COUNTY TREASURERS TO THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN FOR ANY MONEY THAT
MAY BE IN THE COUNTY TREASURY TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE
CITY OF DUBLIN, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised 'Code allows local authorities, by
resolution, to request an advance of taxes collected to the accounts of such local
authorities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, L of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Council of the
City of Dublin hereby requests that the Delaware and Franklin County Auditors issue a
warrant upon the Delaware and Franklin County Treasurers to the Director of Finance
of the City of Dublin, any money that may be in the Delaware and Franklin County
Treasuries to the account of the City of Dublin, and lawfully applicable to the purpose
of the current fiscal year.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and is directed to file this resolution with the
Delaware and Franklin County Auditors, together with any applications or documentation
necessary or incidental thereto.
Section 3. That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of public peace, health or welfare of the residents of this
City, and therefore this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
