A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A
TEMPORARY RIGHT TO WORK EASEMENT IN A
PARCEL OWNED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE
CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF THE TOWN OF
DUBLIN, OHIO, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
, OF BRIDGE STREET, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN,
STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve SR
161/Bridge street; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin
obtaining a temporary right to work easement in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the
City of Dublin, state of Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving SR
161/Bridge Street, a temporary right to work easement in and
to the premises located in the City of DUblin, state of Ohio,
and more fully described in the legal description attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such
necessity is that the prompt improvement of SR 161/Bridge
street is necessary due to the condi tion of an increased
traffic flow on SR 161/Bridge street. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of
Dublin, heinr, a ten ( 10) foot temporary right to work grant over a
portion of Lots two ( 2 ) and three ( 3 ) of Eliud Sell's Addi tion to
, the Town of nublin, as recorded in Plat nook 1 , Page 3~ 7 , and
described in a deed to the Trustees of the Congregational Church of
the Town of Dublin, Ohio, as recorded in Deed nook 6482, Page 109
(all referencen being to records in the Recorder's Office, Franklin
County, Ohio), said ten (10 ) foot tempornry right to work grant
being more pnrticulnrly descdhed as follows:
neginning at the northwester.ly corner of said Lot three ( 3 ) ,
the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of West Dridge
Street and the easterly right-of-way line of Franklin Street;
