A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE
PERMANENT EASEMENTS AND LESSER INTERESTS
IN A PARCEL OWNED BY BEULAH M. THOMAS,
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BRIDGE
STREET, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, STATE OF
OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve SR
161jBridge street; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin
obtaining permanent easements and lesser interests in and to
the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A" and liB",
located in the City of Dublin, state of Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving SR
161jBridge street, permanent easements and lesser interests in
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, state of
Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions
attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".
section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such
necessity is that the prompt improvement of SR 161jBridge
Street is necessary due to the condition of an increased
traffic flow on SR 161jBridge Street. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

Dublin, Ohio
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of
Dublin, being a ten (10 ) foot wide temporary right to work grant
over a portion of that tract of land as described in a deed to
"Beul~h~H~ Thomas, and recorded in Official Records Volume 7524 110,
Recorders Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said temporary right to
work grant being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the Northeast corner of said Thomas
tract;
Thence southerly, along the easterly line of said Thomas
tract, a distance of 6.35 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing southerly along the easterly line of said
Thomas tract, a distance of 10.02 feet to a point;
Thence westerly Along the arc of a curve to the left, having
8 radius of 2247.00 feet, a chord bearing of South 840 26 ' 52"

Dublin, being a walkway and utility easement over a portion of that
trllct of land as described in a deed to Beulah M. Thomas, and
recorded in Official Records Volume 752/~ 110 , Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio, said walkway and utility easement being more
partIcularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Thomas tract;
Thence southerly, along the easterly line of said Thomas
tract, a distance of 6.35 feet to a point;
Thence westerly, along the arc of a curve to the left, having
a radius of 2257.00 feet, a chord bearing of Soulh 840 45 ' 04"

Thence northerly, a distance of 4.08 feet to a point in the
