28-92 Resolution RECORD OF RESOLUTIONS Day tan Legal Blank Ca, farm Na. 30045 -_._-_._----"-~_._-,_..._._--- --... - ---.---. -.-----,---.-------.-......-.-- - --. .._---. . __0'" ._.____._________ .---,~---.--- ------.-~ ----~--'.,.--.--- ------ He'>O/lltioll \'0. 28-92 Passed 19 A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 812.5 SQUARE FOOT FEE SIMPLE INTEREST AND A 1,114.5 SQUARE FOOT TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN AN APPROXIMATE 6,040 SQUARE FOOT PARCEL OWNED BY OMA KARRER, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BRIDGE STREET, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve SR 161/Bridge street; and, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin obtaining a fee simple interest and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A", "B" and "C", located in the city of Dublin, state of Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that: section 1. council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving SR 161/Bridge Street, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B" and "C". section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such necessity is that the prompt improvement of SR 161/Bridge Street is necessary due to the condition of an increased traffic flow on SR 161/Bridge street. Therefore, this resolution shall go into immediate effect.
