23-92 Resolution RECORD OF RESOLUTIONS Doy'on legal Blank Co.. ,oem No 30045 23-92 Passed 19 __ __._...__,_,,_,_____,._.~....__._._.~_.____..._.. _w__ __ _ ~_..._.___.'_ .'. _._-_.._..--_.._-_..__._-_._-~~._---- ------...----.-..----'..-- A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A .718 ACRE FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN A 13.081 ACRE TRACT OWNED BY ADIRONDACK SC-1, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SR 161, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve SR 161jBridge street; and, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin obtaining a fee simple interest in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the City of Dublin, state of Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, / of the elected members concurring that: section 1. council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving SR 161jBridge street, a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such necessity is that the prompt improvement of SR 161jBridge Street is necessary due to the condition of an increased traffic flow on SR 161jBridge Street. Therefore, this resolution shall go into immediate effect.
