A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION
OF A HONDA AUTOMOBILE FROM
IMMKE NORTHWEST HONDA
WHEREAS, the Dublin Divisien ef pelice D.A.R.E. pregram
received a denatien ef a navy blue 1992 Henda Accerd LX Wagen
fer use by the Pel ice Department in cenjunctien with the
D.A.R.E. pregram;
WHEREAS, the aferementiened vehicle was denated at no. cest to.
the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ceuncil ef the City ef
Dublin, state ef Ohio., ~ ef the elected members
cencurring:
Section 1. Ceuncil hereby accepts the denatien ef a 1992
Henda Accerd LX Wagen, VIN No.. 1HGCB985XNA002224, frem Immke
Nerthwest Henda.
Section 2. This denatien is accepted subject to. the fellewing
stipulatiens:
a. The aferementiened vehicle will be titled to. the city ef
Dublin and used by the Dublin Divisien ef pelice
exclusively in cenjunctien with the D.A.R.E. Pregram,
subject to. an unfereseen emergency.
b. The aferementiened vehicle shall be returned to. Immke
Nerthwest Henda when its use in the D.A.R.E. pregram is
terminated.
Section 3. That this Reselutien shall take effect and be in
ferce frem and after the earliest peried allewed by law.
