A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE TERMS OF CERTAIN BOARD I
AND COMMISSION MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN I
WHEREAS, Council has previously endorsed the Administrative Committee's
recommendation to schedule the interviews for board and commission appointments in the
first quarter of each year; and
WHEREAS, the members of certain boards and commissions whose terms expire on
December 31, 1998 have agreed to continue to serve until March 31, 1999 to accommodate
the revised appointment time frame.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, '-L of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The term of Timothy Lecklider on the Planning & Zoning Commission is hereby
extended to March 31, 1999.
Section 2. The term of Carole Olshavsky on the Architectural Review Board is hereby
extended to March 31, 1999.
Section 3. The terms of Kathryn Epp and Richard Ferguson on the Tree and Landscape
Advisory Commission are hereby extended to March 31, 1999.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) ofthe
Revised Charter.
