I CONTROLS AS TO REGIONAL RETAIL CENTERS IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN,

~HEREAS, Council passed Ordinance No. 61-98 on May 18, 1998, implementing interim retail I

tVe!opment controls for a period of90 days as to regional retail centers in the City of Dublin for
~, e purpose of evaluating the City's retail needs, available areas for retail development, and the
[pact of additional retail development on the City; and
. HEREAS, due to the nature and complexity of the foregoing issues, Council requires an
'dditional90 days to address and resolve these issnes with the assistance of staff and consultants

;OW~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, Slate of
hio, of the members concurring that:

No development, rezoning applications or building permits shall be formally acted
pon or issued by the Planning & Zoning Commission or Council for an additional 90 days from

1 e effective date of this resolution or until the aforementioned issues have been addressed and
~esolved by Council with the assistance of staff and consultants as may be necessary.

Section 2 This resolution shall take effect and be in force upon passage in accordance with
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
