!I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,

Ii
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate,

:! for the purpose of constructing an access drive to the propose AEP substation, an access
I easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,
,I and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

II Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
I
I passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
,I
having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.

:' Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the

Situated in the State of Ohio, County ofFrankIin, City of Dublin, being a fifty
foot wide strip ofIand located within that 21.632 acre tract (Reserve nc't, Dublin City
Center, Plat Book 69, Pages 18, 19 & 20), as described in a deed to State Savings Bank,
of record in Official Records Volume 33689, Page F08, all references herein being to the
records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said strip being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning FOR REFERENCE at the most northerly comer of said 21.632 acre
, tract and in the right-of-way line of Village Parkway (fonnerly Federated Boulevard);
thence in a southerly direction along said right-of-way line with. the arc of a curve to the
left, having a radius of395.00 feet, a central angle of31 0 55' 16", the chord of which
bears South 18" 29' 20" East, a chord distance of217.23 feet to the TRUE PLACE OF
BEGINNING:
Thence continuing along said right-of-way line with the arc of a curve to the left,
having a radius of395.00 feet, a central angle of90 55' 12", the chord of which bears
South 39024' 34" East, a chord distance of 68.30 feet to a point;
Thence through said 21.632 acre tract the following courses:
1. North 87046' 50" West, a distance of 13.74 feet to a point;
2. South 4813 48' 31" West, a distance of 114.07 feet to a point of curvature;
3. With the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 125.00 feet, a
central angle of 31 13 II' 24 n t the chord of which bears South 640 24' 1311
West, a chord distance of67.21 feet to a point in the westerly line of said
21.632 acre tract;
Thence North 413 30' 00" East, along said westerly line, a distance of52.86 feet to
a point located 2.55 feet from an angle point in said westerly line;
Thence again through said 21.632 acre tract the following courses:
l. With the arc of a non-tangent curve to the left, having a radius of75.00
feet, a central angle of21" 01' 29", the chord of which bears North 5913 19'
1611 East, a chord distance of27.37 feet to the point of tangency;
2. North 4813 48' 31" East, a distance of 116.25 feet to a point;
3. North 7Q 10' 46" East, a distance of 13.29 feet to the TRUE PLACE OF
BEGINNING, and containing 8,674 square feet ofland.
