Ii WHEREAS, the Administrative Committee of the Whole has completed the interview
I! process for vacancies on boards, commissions and committees and now desires to appoint

'I NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State

!' of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:

II Section 1. Richard Termeer and Janet Axene are hereby appointed to three-year terms
I on the Architectural Review Board, terms which will expire on March 31, 2001.

I: Section 2. Michael Keenan is hereby appointed to a two-year term as Council's
II
I: representative to the Dublin Arts Council, a term which will expire on March 31, 2000.

'I Section 3. Steven Gyuro is hereby appointed to a three-year term as Council's

!i representative to the Dublin Fund, a term which will expire on March 31, 2001.

I Section 4. Mark Stemm is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Personnel Board

of Review, a term which will expire on March 31, 2001.
Section 5. Mike Jenkins is hereby appointed to a two-year term as Council's
representative to the Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau, a term which will expire on
! March 31, 2000.

I Section 6. Mark Hutchins is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Building
I Construction Appeals Board, a term which will expire on March 31, 2001.

I Section 7. Craig Yeack is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Building
I
I
i Construction Appeals Board, a term which will expire on March 31, 2001.

I Section 8. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
I death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.

I Section 9. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.

I Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a)

I of the Revised Charter.
