OWNERS ASSOCIATION, WCATED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH
SIDES OF METRO PLACE SOUTH AND THE WEST SIDE OF
FRANTZ ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF
FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin intends to improve Metro Place South and the Frantz Road
intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple
interest, permanent bike path and utility easement and temporary construction easement,
in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", "C", "D" and "E" located
in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, t of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for
the purpose of improving Metro Place South and the Frantz Road intersection, a fee simple
interest, permanent bike path and utility easement and temporary construction easement in
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B", "C", "D" and "E".
Section 2, The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage
of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according
to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest
date permitted by law.

Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being part of Virginia
Military Surveys 2419 and 2542 and being part of Reserve "c" of METRO CENTER of record in
Plat Book 55, Page 8, records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and being more
particularly described as follows;
Being a parcel of land lying along the westerly side of the centerline of Frantz Road,
located within the boundary points of Parcel 3WD as delineated upon the City of Dublin's Right-
of-Way plan of Frantz Road and Metro Place South prepared by RD, Zande and Associates, Inc,
in 1998, and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning for reference at a P,K. nail set at the centerline intersection of Frantz Road
(being 100,00 feet in width) and Metro Place South (being 60,00 feet in width), and being at
centerline station 113 + 54,76 of Frantz Road and centerline station 18+90,97 of Metro Place
South as delineated upon said plan;
Thence S 830 59' 42" W, a distance of 75,39 feet along the centerline of Metro Place
South to a P,K. nail found at a point of tangency, at centerline station 18+15,58 of Metro Place
South;
Thence N 060 00' 18" W, a distance of 30,00 feet to an iron pin found at a point of

Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being part of Virginia
Military Surveys 2419 and being a strip of land on, over and across Reserve "D" of
METRO CENTER of record in Plat Book 55, Page 8, records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin
County, Ohio and being more particularly described as follows;
Being a parcel of land lying along the westerly side of the centerline of Frantz Road, and
the southerly side of the centerline of Metro Place South, located within the boundary points of
Parcel 3T as delineated upon the City of Dublin's Right-of-Way plan of Frantz Road and Metro
Place South prepared by R,D, Zande and Associates, Inc, in 1998, and being more particularly
described as follows;
Beginning for reference at a P,K. nail set at the centerline intersection of Frantz Road
(being 100,00 feet in width) and Metro Place South (being 60,00 feet in width), and being at
centerline station 113 + 54,76 of Frantz Road and centerline station 18+90,97 of Metro Place
South as delineated upon said plan;
