WHEREAS, the City of Dublin intends to improve Metro Place South and the Frantz
Road intersection; and i

I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary
i construction easement, in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located
i in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. i

I NOW, ~RE, BE IT RF.SOL VED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State
i of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:

i Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for
I the purpose of improving Metro Place South and the Frantz Road intersection, a temporary
I construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
I
I County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit
I "A".

'I Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the

'i passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served
': according to law.

DESCRIPTION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR
FRANTZ ROAD/METRO PLACE SOUTH
Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being part of Virginia
Military Survey 2419 and being a strip ofland, on, over and across the 4,078 acre tract conveyed
to HPTRI Corporation by deed of record in O.R. 31640 A07, records of the Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio and being more particularly described as follows;
Being a parcel of land lying along the southerly side of the centerline of Metro Place
South, located within the boundary points of Parcel 4T as delineated upon the City of Dublin's
Right-of-Way plan of Frantz Road and Metro Place South prepared by R.D. Zande and
Associates, Inc, in 1998, and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point on a curve at the intersection of the existing southerly right-of-way
line of Metro Place South (being 60 feet in width) with the corner common to Lot 4 and Reserve
"D" ofl\.1ETROCENTER of record in Plat Book 55, Page 8 and being the northeasterly corner of
said 4.078 acre tract; said point being 30,00 feet right of centerline station 16+65.98;
Thence S 060 03' 04" E, a distance of 10.11 feet along the common line of said Lot 4 and
Reserve "D", being the easterly line of said 4.078 acre tract, to a point on a curve, being 40.00
feet right of centerline station 16+64.42;
Thence the following five (5) courses and distances across said 4.078 acre tract:
1. Thence with a curve to the left having a radius of960.00 feet, a central angle of
060 57' 50", a chord bearing of S 710 51' 07" W, a chord distance of 116.61 feet to a
point being 40.00 feet right of centerline station 15+42.87;
2. Thence S 09049' 08" W, a distance of 19.69 feet to a point being 56.74 feet right of
centerline station 15+31. 98;
3. Thence S 74010' 17'1 W, a distance of34,OO feet to a point being 52,33 feet right of
centerline station 14+96,32;
4. Thence N 750 58' 34" W, a distance of 19,69 feet to a point being 40.00 feet right of
centerline station 14+80.23;
5. Thence S 740 33' 38" W, a distance of 111.23 feet to a point on a curve on the
southerly right-of-way line of Metro Place South, being 30,00 feet right of centerline
station 13+75,00;
Thence with a curve to the left having a radius of 680,00 feet, a central angle of
090 16' 34", a chord bearing ofN 690 25' 09" E, a chord distance of 109,97 feet along said
southerly right-of-way line to a point of reverse curve being 30.00 feet right of centerline station
14+80.23;
Thence with a curve to the right having a radius of970.00 feet a central angle of
10038' 32", a chord bearing ofN 70006' 08" E, a chord distance of 179,91 feet along said
southerly right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.065 acres, more or less, being
subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
