A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.340 ACRE, MORE OR
LESS, FEE SIMPLE INTEREST AND A 0.693 ACRE, MORE OR I
LESS, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY
OWNED BY SECURITY CAPITAL ATLANTIC, INC. , LOCATED !
ON THE WEST SIDE OF KRIER DRIVE AND THE SOUTH SIDE
OF MARTIN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF
FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin intends to improve Krier Drive,
Dublin Center Drive and the Martin Road intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest and temporary construction
easement, In and to the premises described in the attached
Exhibits "AU and "B" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVE~Y the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving Krier
Drive, Dublin Center Drive and the Martin Road intersection,
a fee simple interest and temporary construction easement in
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" ,
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law,

force from and after the earliest date permitted by law,

Situated in the state of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being a part of Lot I,
quarter township 3, township 2 North, Range 19 West, United States Military Lands, and being
part ofa 59.001 acre tract conveyed to SECURITY CAPITAL ATLANTIC INCORPORATED,
a Maryland corporation, Reference No. 199710230125711, Recorder's Office, Franklin County,
Ohio and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found in the centerline intersection of Sawmill Road and
Martin Road;
Thence North 84030'00" West with the centerline of Martin Road, a distance of 1 077,58
feet to a point;
Thence South 50 30' 00" West, a distance of29.37 feet to an iron pin found in the South
right of way of Martin Road at the Northeasterly corner of the parcel herein described and
the true point of beginning;
Thence 89.82 feet with a curve to the right (delta=42053 '09", radius 120.00) and a chord
bearing of South 62059' 09" East and a chord distance of87.74 feet to an iron pin found;
Thence South 41 0 43' 25" East, a distance of 35.83 feet to an iron pin found;
Thence 28.58 feet with a curve to the right (delta=81 0 52' 42" ,radius=20 feet) and a
