A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.069 ACRE, MORE OR
LESS, FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN PROPERTY OWNED BY
RAYMOND C. DAVIS, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
DUBLIN CENTER DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY
OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin intends to improve Krier Drive,
Dublin Center Drive and the Martin Road intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest, in and to the premises described
In the attached Exhibit "A" located in the City of Dublin,
Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED(~Y the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, \ of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving Krier
Drive, Dublin Center Drive and the Martin Road intersection,
a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" .
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Se..ction 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be In
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR DUBLIN CENTER DRIVE
Situated in the state of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being a part of Lot I,
quarter township 3, township 2 North, Range 19 West, United States Military Lands, and being
part oflands conveyed to Ossa Geese and Raymond C. Davis in Volume 2335, page 234,
Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found at the centerline intersection of Sawmill Road and
Martin Road;
Thence North 84030'00" West, a distance of 1096.0] feet to a railroad spike set;
Thence North 060 07' 34" East, a distance of 479.15 feet to an iron pin found, and the
true point of beginning at the Northwest corner of the parcel herein described;
Thence South 840 ] 9' 47" East, a distance of 99.87 feet to an iron pin found at the
Northeast corner;
Thencc South 050 45' 03" West, a distance of 29.82 feet to an iron pin found at the
Southeast corner;
Thence North 840 22' OS" West, a distance of 100.06 feet to an iron pin set at the
Southwest corner;
Thence North 060 07' 34" East, a distance of 29.89 feet to the true point of beginning and
containing 0.069 acres, more or less.
The basis of bearing for this description is based on the centerline of Martin Road as recorded in
O.R. ]3506, Page J-]9 and is North 840 3D' DO" West.
This description is based on a field survey of the property in July of 1997 under the direction and
sLlpervision of Jonathan Hardbarger, Ohio Registered Surveyor No. 7687.
