A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.067 ACRE, MORE OR
LESS, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF MEDICINE FOUNDATION,
INC. , LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF DUBLIN CENTER
DRIVE AND THE NORTH SIDE OF STONERIDGE LANE, IN THE
CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin intends to improve Krier Drive,
Dublin Center Drive and the Martin Road intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a temporary construction easement, in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~bY the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving Krier
Drive, Dublin Center Drive and the Martin Road intersection,
a temporary construction easement In and to the premises
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more
fully described in the legal description attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Saction 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be In
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the state of Ohio, County of franklin, City of Dublin and being a part of Lot I,
Quarter Ttownship 3, Township 2 North, Range 19 West, United States Military Lands, and
being part of a 3.513 acre tract conveyed to Department of Medicine Foundation Inc. in O.R.
22257-0-05, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a iron pin found at the Northwest corner of a Martin Road Church of Christ,
n.R. ] 7987-0-] 3, Franklin County Recorder's office;
Thence North 06058'39" East, 24.31 feet to a point in the centerline of Stone ridge Lane;
Thence North 84038'42" West, along the centerline of Stone ridge Lane, 31.44 feet to a
PK Nail found at the intersection of Dublin Center Drive and Stoneridge Lane;
Thence North R':t027'57" West, 33.89 feet to a point;
Thence North 14038'09" East, 25.45 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence parallel and at a distance 15 feet offset from the westerly right-of-way of Dublin
Center Drive, North 14038'09" East, 200.00 feet to a point;
Thence South 75021'51" East, 15.00 feet to a point in the westerly right-of-way of
Dublin Center Drive;
Thence South 14038'09" West, along the westerly right-of-way of Dublin Center Drive,
180.64 feet to a point;
Thence 26.36 feet with a curve to the right, (delta=7503I'29", radius=20.00 feet), the
