WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to extend Woerner ,

Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improve ,
I
related traffic circulation; and I
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to !

obtain a fee simple interest, permanent utility easement and !
i
temporary easement, in and to the premises described in the !
attached Exhibits "A", "B", "e", "D", "E" and "F" located in
the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
S.e~_ Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner
Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improving
related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest, permanent
utility easement and temporary easement in and to the premises
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more
fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A", "B" I "C", "D", "E" and "F",
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property, This
notice shall be served according to law.
S~tion 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly comer of a 4.2 acre tract conveyed to John E. &
Norma J. Mock by deed of record in O.R. 28354 G15 and also being the
northwesterly comer of said 4/5 acre tract, also being the true point of beginning
of the tract described herein;

Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of a 4/5 acre tract conveyed to Louise E.
Mock by deed of record in O. R. 11470 C 11, and being the northwesterly corner
of said 6 acre tract; thence S 87054' 31" E, along said northerly line, 36.33 feet
to the true point of beginning of the easement described herein;
Thence continue S 870 54' 31" E, along said northerly line, 15.14 feet to a point;
Thence S 050 41' 35" E, 5.28 feet to a point;
Thence N 850 41' 35" W, 15.23 feet to a point;
Thence N 050 41' 35" W, 4.69 feet to the true point of beginning, containing
0.0017 acres, more or less, and being more particularly delineated on the
attached Exhibit 8.
This description was prepared by Burgess & Niple, Limited, by S. Patrick Mills,
Professional Surveyor 7158 from an actual survey and available records in December,
1996 and January, 1997. The bearings are based on the bearing of S 5022' 07" E being
the easterly line of the recorded plat of Trinity Park Section Number 1 Subdivision, of
record in Plat Book 79, Page 86, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.
