A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.0826 ACRE, MORE OR I
LESS, FEE SIMPLE INTEREST AND A 0.0229 ACRE, MORE i
OR LESS, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN i
PROPERTY OWNED BY JOHN E. MOCK AND NORMA J. MOCK, i
LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF WILCOX ROAD, IN THE i
CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin lS preparing to extend Woerner
Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and lmprove
related traffic circulation; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
easement in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner
Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improving
related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest and a
temporary construction easement in and to the premises located
in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described In the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" and "B" .
Se.c-.tion..2.... The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3__ This Resolution shall take effect and be In
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WILCOX ROAD
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and being part of a 4-1/5
acre tract conveyed to John E. Mock & Norma J. Mock by deed of record in O.R. 28354
G15 and O.R. 11470 C11 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly comer of a 1 acre tract conveyed to the City of
Dublin by deed of record in O.R. 27933 H17 and also being the northeasterly
comer of said 4-1/5 acre tract, said comer lying on the centerline of Wilcox Road,
and the true point of beginning of the tract described herein;
Thence S 87054' 31" E, along the southerly line of said 1.000 acre tract, 37.26
feet to a point;
Thence S 430 11' 57" W, 1.21 feet to a point;
Thence S 050 41' 35" E, 99.08 feet to a point in the northerly line of a 4/5 acre
tract conveyed to Louise E. Mock by deed of record in O.R. 11470 C11;
Thence N 87054' 31" W, along said northerly line, 36.33 feet to a point in the
centerline of said Wilcox Road, said point being N 05041' 35" W, 1134.37 feet
from Franklin County Monument 4412 which is S 83027'13" W, 1406.06 feet from
FCM 4413;
Thence N 05041' 35" W, along said centerline, 100.01 feet to the true point of
beginning, containing 0.0826 acres, more or less, of which 0.0689 acres lie within
the existing right-of-way of Wilcox Road and being more particularly delineated
on the attached Exhibit B.
This description was prepared by Burgess & Niple, Limited, by S. Patrick Mills,
Professional Surveyor 7158 from an actual survey and available records in December,
1996 and January, 1997. The bearings are based on the bearing of S 5022' 07" E being

particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, in the centerline of Wilcox Road at the southwesterly
corner of said 4-1/5 acre tract and being the northwesterly corner of a 4/5 acre
tract conveyed to Louise E. Mock by deed of record in O.R. 11470 C11; thence
S 87054' 31" E, along the southerly line of said 4-1/5 acre tract, 36.33 feet to the
true point of beginning of the easement described herein;
