II obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
!I easement in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.

II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
! Dublin, State of Ohio, FJ of the elected members
concurring that:

I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
I
I intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner
! Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improving
I
I
II related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest and a
!I temporary construction easement in and to the premises located
II
II in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
II described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" and "B".
Sectio~ The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
,I interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Sec_ti~QIL3.--- This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

THE WOODIN FAMILY TRUST
DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WILCOX ROAD
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and being part of a
3.347 acre tract conveyed to The Woodin Family Trust by deed of record in O. R. 18969
A 12 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found in the centerline of Wilcox Road at the
southeasterly comer of said 3.347 acre tract, being the northeasterly comer of
an 11.272 acre tract conveyed to the City of Dublin by deed of record in O.R.
34106 COO, said comer being N 05041' 35" W, 1662.38 feet from Franklin
County Monument 4412, which is S 83027'13" W, 1406.06 feet from FCM 4413,
and being the true. point of beginning of the tract described herein;
Thence N 87047' 24" W, along the southerly line of said 3.347 acre tract and the
northerly line of said 11.272 acre tract, 39.26 feet to a point;
Thence N 02007' 03" W, 142.52 feet a point in to the westerly right-of-way line of
said Wilcox Road;
Thence N 840 18' 25" E, 30.00 feet to a point in the said centerline of Wilcox
Road;
Thence S 05041' 35" E, along the said centerline, 147.64 feet to the true point of
beginning containing 0.1148 acres, more or less, of which 0.1002 acres lie within
the existing right-of-way of Wilcox Road.
This description was prepared by Burgess & Niple, limited, by S. Patrick Mills,
Professional Surveyor 7158 from an actual survey and available records in December,
1996 and January, 1997. The bearings are based on the bearing of S 5022' 07" E being
the easterly line of the recorded plat of Trinity Park Section Number 1 Subdivision, of
record in Plat Book 79, Page 86, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.

feet to the true point of beginning of the easement described herein;
Thence continue N 87047' 24" W, along said southerly line, 10,03 feet to a point;
Thence N 02007' 03" W, 25.05 feet a point;
Thence N 840 18' 25" E, 10.02 feet to a point;
Thence S 020 07' 03" E, 26.43 feet to the true point of beginning containing
0.0059 acres, more or less, and being more particularly delineated on the
