obtain a fee simple interest, permanent utility easement and I
temporary easement, in and to the premises described in the I

attached Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D located in the City of
Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. i

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of I
Dublin, State of Ohio, '7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner
Temple Road between Avery Road and wilcox Road and improving
related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest, permanent
utility easement and temporary easement in and to the premises
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more
fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" , "BII, "C" and "D". I

Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
E.ection 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Beginning in the centerline of Avery Road at the northeasterly comer of a 2.064
acre tract conveyed to Parmet Co., Inc. by deed of record in O.R. 2966 H03 also
being the southeasterly comer of said 7.095 acre tract, and being the true point
of beginning of the tract described herein;

feet to a point;
