WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparlng to extend Woerner I
Temple Road between Avery Road and wilcox Road and improve I
related traffic circulation; and i

said improvement will require the City of Dublin to I
WHEREAS, I

obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction I
easement in the attached Exhibits "AIf and "BIf located in the I
i City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.

1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of

concurring that: i
Sact~ Council considers it necessary and declares its I

intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner I

Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improving 1
I
related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest and a \
temporary construction easement in and to the premises located
in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully I
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as I
Exhibits "AIf and "B". I
Se.c..t.ion 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause I
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons In possession or having an i
I
interest of record in the above-described property. This I
i
notice shall be served according to law. i

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be In \
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and being part of a
1.303 acre tract conveyed to George B. Glickley and Ryan C. Redfern, by deed of record
in Instrument 199710290130020 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found in the centerline of Wilcox Road at the
northeasterly corner of said 1.303 acre tract, and being the true point of
beginning of the tract described herein;
Thence S 05041' 35" E, along said centerline, 190.00 feet to the northeast
corner of a 1.308 acre tract conveyed to Stephen H. & Lynne L. Krzykoski by
deed of record in O.R. 7411 C16, said corner being N 05041' 35" W, 848.79 feet
from Franklin County Monument 4412, which is S 83027'13" W, 1406.06 feet
from FCM 4413;
Thence S 83056' 22" W, along the northerly line of said 1.308 acre tract, 30,54
feet to a point;
Thence N 09016' 10" W, 151.70 feet to a point;
Thence N 050 41' 35" W, 38.53 feet to a point on the southerly line of said
Reserve "C";
Thence N 83056' 22" E, along the said southerly line, 40.00 feet to the true point
of beginning, containing 0.1580 acres, more or less, of which 0.1309 acres lie
