II Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improving

ii related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest and a
II temporary construction easement in and to the premises located
II in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
[, described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
I Exhibits "A" and "B",

I, written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
II upon the owners and persons in possession or having an

II interest of record in the above-described property. This

DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and being part of a
37.938 acre tract conveyed to Anna M. & Stephen F. Galli (Trustees) by deed of record
in O.R. 32125 G09 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found in the centerline of Avery Road at the
southeasterly comer of a 0.6289 acre tract conveyed to Sharon L. Upperman by
deed of record in O.R. 8360 J12 and being the northeasterly comer of said
37.938 acre tract, and being the true point of beginning of the tract described
herein;
Thence S 05017' 15" W, along the centerline of said Avery Road, 70.44 feet to a
point at Franklin County Monument 7748;
Thence S 02031' 58" W, along said centerline, 478.96 feet to a railroad spike
found at the southeasterly comer of said 37.938 acre tract, being N 02031'58" E,
544.54 feet from Franklin County Monument 2211;
Thence S 850 09' 06" W, along the southerly line of said 37.938 acre tract,
passing an iron pin found at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 75.52 feet to a point;
Thence with a non tangent curve to the left, having a delta of 04004' 30", a radius
of 7703.50 feet, and a chord of N 01057' 26" E, 547.79 feet to the southerly line
of said 0,6289 acre tract;
Thence N 840 52' 42" E, along said southerly line, passing an iron pin found at
54.54 feet, a total distance of 84.54 feet to the true point of beginning, containing
1.0216 acres, more or less, of which 0.3767 acres lie within the existing right-of-
way of Avery Road and being more particularly delineated on the attached
Exhibit B.
This description was prepared by Burgess & Niple, Limited, by S. Patrick Mills,
Professional Surveyor 7158 from an actual survey and available records in December,
1996 and January, 1997. The bearings are based on the bearing of S 5022' 07" E being
