I THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF
OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to extend Woerner
Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improve
related traffic circulationi and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest, permanent utility easement and
temporary easement, in and to the premises described in the
attached Exhibits "A", "B", "C", "D" and "E" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, IJ of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner
Temple Road between Avery Road and wilcox Road and improving
related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest, permanent
utility easement and temporary easement in and to the premises
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more
fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" , "B", "C", "D" and "E".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property, This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

37.938 acre tract conveyed to Anacleto Galli (Trustee) by deed of record in O,R. 32125
F20 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at Franklin County Monument 2211 at the centerline intersection of
Avery Road and Woerner Temple Road at the northeasterly comer of a 7.095
acre tract conveyed to Swickard Enterprises Inc. by deed of record in O.R. 16313
J14 and being the southeasterly comer of said 37,938 acre tract, and being the
true point of beginning of the tract described herein;
