I' Ii I' II il WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to extend Woerner 'I ,I Temple Road between Avery Road and wilcox Road and improve I related traffic circulation; and ,I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction Ii easement in the attached Exhibits "All and "BII located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, r; of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of extending Woerner Temple Road between Avery Road and Wilcox Road and improving related traffic circulation, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "All and "BII. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. ae~tion 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR AVERY ROAD Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and being part of a 2.367 acre tract conveyed to Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc. by deed of record in O.R. 1475 F10 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Avery Road at the northeasterly comer of said 2.367 acre tract, being the southeasterly comer of a 0.915 acre tract conveyed to S-One Properties Company by deed of record in D.
