II WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code allows local authorities, by
II resolution, to request an advance of taxes collected to the accounts of such local

II authorities.

I NOW, THERE(;RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
I
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:

I Section 1. That pursuant to Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Council
I
I of the City of Dublin hereby requests that the Delaware and Franklin County Auditors
draw and the Delaware and Franklin County Treasurers issue a draft to the Director
of Finance of the City of Dublin, for any money that may be in the Delaware and
I Franklin County Treasuries to the account of the City of Dublin, and lawfully
I
I applicable to the purpose of the fiscal year 1996.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and hereby is directed to file this
resolution with the Delaware and Franklin County Auditors, together with any
applications for documentation necessary or incidental thereto.
Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, and welfare, and
therefore shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
