15-95 Resolution RECORD OF RESOLUTIONS Dayton Legal Blank Co., Form No. 30045 II I I I Resolution No. 15-95 Passed .19_ A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A FEE SIMPLE INTEREST AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN A 27.778 ACRE TRACT OWNED BY DEBORAH J. MCCULLOUGH, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 257, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve state Route 257 in order to accommodate the intersection with the Hard Road extension currently under construction; and, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B", located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of DUblin, state of Ohio, 0 of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving state Route 257, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B". Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served k upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of state Route 257 is necessary in order to accommodate the intersection with the Hard Road extension currently under construction. Therefore, this resolution shall go into immediate effect.
