A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR APPOINTMENTS OF MEMBERS
TO THE NEWLY RESTRUCTURED STANDING COMMITTEES OF I

COUNCIL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY I
I
WHEREAS, Council has restructured the standing Committees of !

Council under Resolution No. 03-95; and I
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the membership of each I
i
Committee will be comprised of three members of Council, one I
I
of whom shall be a chairperson, and that the members herein I
appointed will serve for the remainder of 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, j7 of the elected members I
concurring:
Section 1. Council Member Chuck Kranstuber is hereby appointed
Chairperson of the Public Services Committee, and Council
Members A.C. Strip and Cathy Boring are hereby appointed as
members of the Public Services Committee.
Section 2. Council Member Judi stillwell is hereby appointed
Chairperson of the Administrative Committee, and Council
Members Peter Zawaly and Denise Franz King are hereby
appointed as members of the Administrative Committee.
Section 3. Council Member Denise Franz King is hereby
appointed Chairperson of the Community Development Committee,
and Council Members Judi Stillwell and Peter Zawaly are hereby
appointed as members of the Community Development Committee.
Section 4. Council Member A.C. Strip is hereby appointed

Chairperson of the Finance Committee, and Council Members
Cathy Boring and Chuck Kranstuber are hereby appointed as
members of the Finance Committee.
Section 5. This Resolution is declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of the public peace, health or
welfare of the residents of this City, and for the further
reason that appointments to the newly restructured Committees
are necessary immediately to provide continued efficient and
effective operation of the legislative process.
