A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT AS
THE CITY'S OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
TO ENTER INTO A WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AGREEMENT wrm
THE omo ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is in the process of filing an application with the Ohio
Environmental Protection Agency (EP A) for construction funds for wastewater collection
system improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to designate a City official as its authorized
representative and to authorize a City official to execute the loan agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby designated as the City's representative on
applications to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for loan funds from the Water
Pollution Control Loan Fund Program.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City
the loan application, loan agreement and any and all other documents necessary to
process the loan with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
Section 3. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of public peace, health or welfare of the residents of this
. City, and therefore this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
