I i II " " ii WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to construct an access I ! drive from the new David Road Electrical Substation, located at I I 'I I :1 the northern terminus of David Road across property owned by i !! Continental Sawmill Limited Partnership, to the south side of ! I I Village Parkway i and 'I !: WHEREAS, said access drive will require the City of Dublin to il obtain a permanent fifty (50) foot wide acces s easement, in and " to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in II the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. 1 1 II !I WHEREAS, the prompt construction of the David Road Electrical \ Substation is essential in order to continue to provide high il quality electrical power to the citizens of Dublin. 'I II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of I Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of constructing an access drive from the new David Road Electrical Substation across property owned by Continental Sawmill Limited Partnership to the south side of Village Parkway, a permanent fifty (50) foot wide access easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" . Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. S!
