RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE TERMS OF BOARD,

i COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN

I WHEREAS, Council endorses the Administrative Committee's recommendation to move
I
- ."" the board and commission member appointment process to the first quarter of each year;
and
WHEREAS, the members of boards, commissions and committees whose terms expire
on December 31, 1997 have agreed to continue to serve until March 31, 1998 to
accommodate the revised appointment time frame.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, -+- of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The terms of Marilee Chinnici Zuercher and John Ferrara on the Planning &
Zoning Commission are hereby extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 2. The term of Chester Porembski on the Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby
extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 3. The term of Colleen Pero on the Personnel Board of Review is hereby
extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 4. The term of Connie Cahill on the Dublin Convention and Visitors' Bureau
~ Board is hereby extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 5. The terms of David Pagnard and Kathleen Schuler on the Solid Waste
Advisory Committee are hereby extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 6. The terms of Peter Welin and Craig Yeack on the Building Construction
Appeals Board are hereby extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 7. The term of Jean Walker on the Records Commission is hereby extended to
March 31, 1998.
Section 8. The term of Troy Brown on the Child Care Advisory Committee is hereby
extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 9. The term of Kerry Donahue on the Architectural Review Board is hereby
extended to March 31, 1998.
Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a)
of the Revised Charter.
