TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY I I OWNED BY REA REAL ESTATE, II LOCATED ON THE I SOUTH SIDE OF POST ROAD, IN THE CITY OF I DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. I ! WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Post Road Bridge over 1-270; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in i the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. i I I ! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City I of Dublin, State of Ohio, rJ of the elected members i concurring that: 1 I ! ! I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares I its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the Post Road Bridge over 1-270, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" . , I Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to I cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be i served upon the owners and persons in possession or having ! an interest of record in the above-described property. This I notice shall be served according to law. I I Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. I , 1997.
