X 42-97 Passed 19 ~--- "--_ H____ ,I ('so lItlOn ;0. . . j------..--- I A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.0501 ACRE PERMANENT I STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND A 0.1254 ACRE TEMPORARY I I CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED BY WILLOW I GROVE CONDO ASSOCIATION PHASE 3A, LOCATED ON THE I NORTH SIDE OF POST ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, I COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Post Road Bridge over 1-270; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent storm drainage easement and a temporary construction easement, in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, '1 of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the Post Road Bridge over 1-270, a permanent storm drainage easement and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" . Section 2. The City Manager 1S hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. OG/tZJb ~ , 1997.
