Ii WHEREAS, appointments are required to fill vacancies on various boards, commissions

j: WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for candidates.

I: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
!i of Ohio, !1-- of the elected members concurring that:

jl Section 1. Kristan Swingle is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Architectural
Ii Review Board, a term which will expire on March 31,2000.

ii Section 2. Ray Harpham is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Building
Ii Construction Appeals Board, a term which will expire on March 31,2000.

ii Section 3. The above-named persons shall serve as members in their respective

Ii positions until their successors are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
II cause as determined by City Council.

II Section 4. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
