II WHEREAS, Council desires to reappoint a member to the Board of Zoning Appeals. i

II, NOW, THtREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State !
Ii of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that: :

: Section 1. Bill Sherman is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board of
il Zoning Appeals, a term which will expire on March 31, 2000.

'i Section 2. That the above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
Ii death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.

:i Section 3. That the member herein appointed shall serve without compensation.

Ii Section 4. That this resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a)
II of the Revised Charter.
