i! BY DOLAN INVESTMENTS II, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF SHIER-RINGS ROAD, AND ON THE EAST SIDE OF AVERY
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN,

Ii WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Shier-
Rings Road and Avery Road intersection; and
, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain temporary construction easements, in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B",
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the
Shier-Rings Road and Avery Road intersection, temporary
construction easements in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Description of Temporary Easement for Grading Purposes
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and part of Virginia Military
Survey 3004 and being 0.019 acre out of Lot 8 of Shamrock Industrial Park as shown in Plat
Book 51, Page 12 and as conveyed to Dolan Investments II, as recorded in OR 02752 A01 in the
Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the Grantor's southwesterly comer in the easterly right of way
line of Avery Road, said point being 50.42 feet right of and radially from Station 16+74.00 in the
centerline of A very Road in an improvement of said A very Road as shown on the Centerline Plat
for said improvement, of record in Franklin County, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
the parcel being described;
thence with the Grantor's westerly line, North 01 degree 35 minutes 54 seconds East, a distance
of 144.49 feet to the Grantor's northwesterly comer;
thence with the Grantor's northerly line, North 83 degrees 50 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance
of 0.96 foot to a point in the easterly line of the tract described herein;
thence with said easterly line, South 04 degrees 47 minutes 41 seconds East, a distance of 69.40
feet to a point;
thence continuing with said line, South 04 degrees 44 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of
75.14 feet to a point in the grantor's southerly line;
thence with said property line, South 83 degrees 47 minutes 39 seconds West, a distance of 4.60
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said described tract containing 0.019 acre, more or
less.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditor's Parcel 274-000119.
Stations and offsets used in this description are referenced to the proposed centerline of Avery
Road as appears on the Centerline Plat For the improvement of Avery and Shier-Rings Roads
prepared by URSGreiner, and of record in Franklin County.
Bearings used in this description are based on an actual field survey utilizing Franklin County
Monuments Nos. FCGS 5536 and FCGS 7752 by URSGreiner in June 1996.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin. City of Dublin and part of Virginia Military
Survey 3004 and being 0.006 acre out of a 1.559 acres parcel conveyed to Dolan Investments II,
as recorded in OR 02752 AO 1 in the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more
particularly described as follmvs:
Beginning at the Grantor's northwesterly corner in the south right of way line of Shier-Rings
Road and being 43.37 feet right of Station 122+05.54 in the centerline of survey of Shier-Rings
Road as delineated on the Centerline Plat for an improvement to A very Road and Shier-Rings
Road, of record in Franklin County, the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel being
described:
thence with the Grantor's northerly line, North 83 degrees 51 minutes 48 seconds East, a distance
of 39.46 feet to a point;
thence leaving said property line with the southerly line of the tract described herein, South 31
degrees 13 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 8.21 feet to a point:
thence continuing with said line, South 83 degrees 40 minutes 38 seconds West. a distance of
34.48 feet to a point in the Grantor's easterly property line:
thence with said property line, North 06 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 6.63
